Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with OQMineBot. If the bot isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within the window described below. This page explains who qualifies, what's excluded, and exactly how to file a request.

Refund window

You may request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase. Requests submitted after the 3-day window has elapsed are not eligible. The window is calculated from the date and time the payment was completed, not from the date you first used the bot.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund you must meet all of the following:

  1. You request the refund within 3 days of purchasing the application.
  2. Your license is not banned or suspended for abuse.
  3. You have not opened a chargeback or payment dispute on Stripe or PayPal. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us forfeits eligibility and may permanently disable your account.

How to request a refund

Filing a request takes a couple of minutes:

  1. Open a support ticket from your dashboard , or email help@minecraftbot.com from the address on your account.
  2. Include your order reference or the email used at checkout so we can locate the payment quickly.
  3. Let us know briefly why the bot wasn't a fit — feedback is optional but genuinely helps us improve.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider it can take several business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
